Companies and Close Corporations

Registration Documents:-

The complete spectrum of registration documents pertaining to companies and close corporations are lodged by Welsh Financial Services. This includes documents such as: name reservations, registering the company, name changes, shareholder, director and member changes and the change of accounting officer to mention but a few.

Statutory Returns:-

These returns are submitted annually on the anniversary of the registration of the company or close corporation. 

Workmen's Compensation and UIF

Registration with the department of labour for the Workmen's Compensation Fund and Unemployment Insurance Fund and the completion and submission of the earnings are submitted on behalf of our clients.
