With the changes in legislation compelling all members in close corporations and Directors of companies to pay PAYE on a monthly basis and SARS requirements, it has become an advantage to use an electronic payroll.

Monthly Payroll

We offer a monthly facility of processing payrolls and producing payslips. We calculate the monthly tax liability, submit the EMP201 to SARS and arrange payment on behalf of the company through SARS efiling.

Bi-Annual Reconciliations

Further to the monthly payroll processing we also complete EMP501 reconciliation. IRP5 and IT3(a) certificates are issued at the end of the year.
